- Do you take over existing systems?
- Yes. Most engagements start with an audit of what is already running. We document what we find, fix what is urgent, and take over operations when it makes sense.
- Where is our data hosted?
- In the European Union, usually in German datacenters. Either on our bare metal or in your own datacenter. GDPR-compliant by default, with contracts to match.
- How do you charge?
- Fixed price for defined scope, monthly retainer for operations. No per-seat licenses, no hourly billing theater. You get one invoice per month.
- Do you offer support contracts?
- Yes, with defined response times. Critical incidents reach an engineer directly, not a ticket queue.
- English or German?
- Both. Contracts, documentation, and calls in whichever language your team prefers.
